The first thing I ought to point out before the hype gets you, is that Richard is not a multi-millionaire. He hasn’t actually won 7 huge lottery jackpots. His 7 wins actually amount to around $1 Million, and one of those was $840,000. Lottery winnings are also taxed in the USA.
